About the event
A gentle, quiet evening offering: settle in, breathe, and let the sound help your system unwind. This group sound bath is designed to ease tension, support nervous-system regulation, and create a deeper sense of calm. A simple space to rest, reset, and leave feeling more balanced.

In this session you will experience the sound of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and a range of instruments including chimes, native drum, and tuning forks. As you lie comfortably on your mat in a candle-lit room, layers of sound and vibration support your nervous system, helping your brain shift into deep relaxation. Many people find it helpful for stress relief, anxiety, and reconnecting with a sense of inner calm.
